  • Eligibility:

    • This offer is exclusively available to KLIK members who have the KLIK app installed on their mobile devices. Members must be signed into their account to redeem the offer.

    • Members must be 18 years old and above to claim the complimentary climb.

  • Campaign Period:

    • The promotion is valid from March 1st, 2024, to April 30th, 2024. Redemptions are subject to the campaign’s duration or until the redemption cap is reached, whichever comes first.

  • Offer Details:

    • Eligible KLIK members are entitled to one Adult Entry Set at Climb Central i12 Katong, which includes the Entry Fee, Registration Fee (if applicable), and equipment rental (if required).

    • The offer does not cover additional merchandise such as socks and chalk.

  • Redemption Process:

    • Members must present the Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) in the KLIK app at Climb Central i12 Katong’s counter.

    • Verification of KLIK membership will be conducted by Climb Central staff, ensuring the KLIK app is actively signed in under the member’s name. A quick scroll in the app may be requested to confirm it is live.

    • A physical redemption form must be completed at the time of redemption, including the date, member’s name, last four digits of their phone number, and signature.

  • Transferability:

    • The offer is non-transferable. Only the KLIK member who presents the EDM and verifies membership through the KLIK app is eligible for the redemption for themselves.

    • Redemptions are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.

  • Campaign Expiry:

    • The offer expires on April 30th, 2024. Any attempts to redeem the offer after this date will not be honoured.

  • No Cash Value:

    • The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • Changes to Terms:

    • Climb Central reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • Changes will be effective immediately upon communication.

  • Disputes:

    • In case of any dispute, Climb Central’s decision will be final and bidding.

  • Privacy:

    • Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Climb Central’s privacy policy for the purpose of administering the campaign.
