Katong Rush Rewards Card

  • Eligibility:

    • The rewards card is exclusively for first-time customers registering at any Climb Central outlets. Limited to one card per eligible customer while cards last.

  • Campaign Period:

    • The rewards card is valid for use from the date of issue until 30th August, 2024.

  • Redemption Details:

    • Cardholders are entitled to redeem complimentary climbs at Climb Central i12 Katong on their 2nd, 5th, and 8th visits.

    • Complimentary climbs are redeemable only at Climb Central i12 Katong.

    • The redemption pattern is “Paid, Free, Paid, Paid, Free, Paid, Paid, Free”.

  • Usage:

    • The rewards card must be presented at the time of check-in to receive a stamp.

    • Stamps are awarded based on visits, not on the number of climbs.

    • The card is valid during regular operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Exclusions:

    • The rewards card cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

    • Complimentary climbs do not include equipment rental or merchandise (e.g. socks or chalk).

  • Verification & Redemption:

    • Climb Central staff will verify eligibility and issue stamps at the counter.

  • Transferability:

    • The rewards card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered card holder.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards:

    • Climb Central is not responsible for lost, stole, or damaged cards. No replacements will be provided.

  • Expiry:

    • The rewards card expires on 30th August, 2024.

    • Unused complimentary climbs will be forfeited after this date.

  • Changes to Terms:

    • Climb Central reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • Changes will be effective immediately upon communication.

  • Disputes:

    • In case of any dispute, Climb Central’s decision will be final and bidding.

  • Privacy:

    • Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Climb Central’s privacy policy for the purpose of administering the campaign.
