Warehouse Executive (Climb Asia)

Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities (70%)
Logistics
To manage the warehouse logistics based on planned schedule
To manage the handholds logistics on a daily basis, jetting (cleaning) of handholds
To account for store inventory and be responsible for sorting and arranging of warehouse inventories
Secondary Responsibilities (30%)
Driver
To transport logistics from the warehouse to gyms and vice versa on daily basis
To deliver purchased products to the gyms as requested
To practise safe driving habits, have clean driving records and abide to safe traffic rules
To transport and deliver miscellaneous logistics items/equipment or raw materials from locations to site
To maintain assigned vehicle’s cleanliness and update of vehicle maintenance whenever necessary
To manage all expenses of assigned vehicle except for routine maintenance and legal obligations
Requirements
Expected Areas of Competencies / Soft Skills
Class 3 driving licence with cleaning driving records
Product knowledge of various handholds, tools and equipment
Tidy and organised disposition
Past experience in warehousing, logistics and storeroom inventory
Able to speak, read and write simple English
“Can do” attitude
Highly motivated and ability to work independently
Good time management/planning skills
Working Hours:
Weekdays from Monday - Friday
9.00am – 6.30pm (8.5 paid hours and 1 hour break)
Weekend on Saturday and Sunday **
9.00am – 6.30pm (8.5 paid hours and 1 hour break) when required
** When work is required on Saturday or Sunday, the non-working day and/or rest day will be rescheduled to a weekday
