People & Culture Executive (Climb Central)

Responsibilities:

  • Performing recruitment process such as job posting, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, employment contract preparation

  • Providing support to other People & Culture team members in training processes such as updating training materials, updating job descriptions

  • Processing necessary authorised claims; government-paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, income tax submissions (IR21), NSmen claims, etc

  • Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records

  • Assist other ad hoc duties as assigned by your superior such as processing MOM work passes related matters

  • Performing floor operations shifts as Crew (2-4 weekly):

    • Crew duties include: perform safety briefing, conducting safety rounds, engage with customers to build Climb Central culture

Requirements:

  • Willing to work shifts

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in Human Resource Operations

  • Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, Income tax and legislations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within the deadline

  • Meticulous and willing to learn
