Programme Sales Executive (Climb Central)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Programme Sales Executive (PSE) to manage a diverse portfolio of climbing programs. The PSE will serve as the point of contact for customers and instructors, overseeing the smooth execution of various programs. The PSE will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the sustainability and profitability of our programs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Primary Scope

    • Manage and oversee a wide-ranging portfolio of programs, including social, developmental, private, and calendarized programs.

    • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable programs.

    • Coordinate with operations to adhere to capacity limits and outlet constraints like time, capacity, and date.

    • Initiate the payment process and manage the customer's experience until successful completion.

    • Collaborate with Learning and Development to review and revise course pedagogy as necessary.

    • Analyze customer feedback and suggest program improvements based on this data.

    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to increase the sustainability and profitability of programs.

    • Recommend instructor promotions/rates in conjunction with the Programmes Coordinator (PC).

    • Conduct regular reviews of customer experience, suggest improvements, and drive changes.

  2. Secondary Scope (Supported)

    • Manage instructor schedules, ensure fair and efficient rostering that meets program needs.

    • Brief instructors on program specifics and conduct training sessions as necessary.

    • Coordinate the reservation of facilities for program schedules and resolve any potential scheduling conflicts.

    • Manage administrative tasks, such as calendar updates, counter resources, updating safety briefs, and enhancing the customer experience.

    • Collect and share customer feedback with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.

  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
