  • Here at Climb Central, our facilities are set up for beginners who have no prior experience in climbing to be able to climb in a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Simply walk into any of our outlets and our friendly staff will be able to guide you accordingly.

    You will be asked to fill in a Waiver Form, and then proceed to complete the registration of your account and payment.

    Then you will collect your rental equipment and be made to go through a mandatory safety briefing.

    Afterward, you are welcome to explore the facility on your own!

  • No bookings are needed! We only accept walk-in entries, be it first-timers or returning climbers.

  • You may find them in our Entry Rates page under the “First Timer Sets” column.

  • Our minimum entry requirements are 4+ years old (as per their actual date of birth, not calendar year), 16kg in weight and 1m tall!

  • We require all children (4-12 years old) entering our facility to be accompanied by an adult (18+ years old), even if the adult does not climb.

  • No, only an adult (18+ years old) is allowed to accompany children in our facility to ensure adequate supervision and safety.

  • Each adult can supervise a maximum of 2 children. This ratio contributes to a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

  • Rental climbing harnesses and shoes are provided in our First Timer Sets. Do bring a pair of socks to wear with the rental climbing shoes!

  • Sportswear and long pants are recommended for climbing as you will sweat as you climb!

Entry Passes

  • We have several options from single entry day passes to multi passes and memberships!

    For more information, head over to our Entry Rates or Membership page.

  • You can purchase a day entry pass over-the-counter in any of our outlets when you check-in for the day.

  • All entry passes are valid for the whole day in the outlet that it was purchased in.

  • Yes, our entry passes are valid for the whole day. You may re-enter as many times as you’d like.

  • All entry passes are tagged to individual accounts and are non-transferable.

    If another person wishes to enter, they will have to register and pay for their own entry.

  • If you plan to climb with a larger group of people, do consider getting our multi passes as they are cheaper per person than a single entry pass.

Multi Pass

  • We have several options from Regular multi passes to Adult-Child multi passes!

  • Depending on the type of multi passes that you purchase, the passes will expire 6-months (First-Timer multi passes) or 1-year (Regular and Adult-Child multi passes) from the date of purchase.

    For example, if you purchased them on 1 January 2025, the last day to use them is 31 December 2025.

  • All multi passes are non-transferable.

  • All multi passes sold are non-refundable as stated in the terms and conditions on our Entry Rates page.

  • Sharing of multi passes over the counter requires the multi pass holder to be present; unless both accounts are linked.

    In this case, the multi pass sharee can share passes on behalf of the multi pass holder over the counter.

  • Multi pass extensions are only done due to medical reasons with supporting documents sent to us (e.g. doctor’s letter, physio’s memo) through info@climbcentral.sg.

  • Please give us a call at any of our outlets and provide the counter staff with your phone number to locate your account in the system.

Multi Pass Linking

  • You may do so by submitting a linking request on our Multi Pass Linking page.

  • You may only link your multi passes to another climber who does not have any passes in their account or is not currently linked to other accounts.

    First-timers will have to create an account over the counter first before proceeding with any linking requests.

  • Requests for linking passes will be processed within 12 hours. You may call in to any of our outlets to check if your accounts have been linked after the period. The numbers for the respective outlets can be found on the Contact Us page of our website.

  • You may link your multi passes with up to 5 other climbers.

  • Orange and White Pass Holders can link their accounts over the counter or by submitting the Multi Pass Linking Form online.

  • No, after linking of accounts, passes will be usable without the pass holder present.

  • Yes, he/she can share your multi passes on behalf of you over the counter.

  • No, there is no cap on how often you can link/unlink your account with other climbers.

  • Due to certain system limitations, multi pass holders will not be able to link passes with other multi pass holders. However, you may still share passes over the counter.

  • Please give us a call at any of our outlets and provide the counter staff with your phone number to locate your account in the system.

  • You may do so by submitting an unlinking request on our Multi Pass Linking page.

    Do remember to select the “Remove Sharees” option in the form.

  • Climb Central will not be held accountable for passes used by linked accounts without consent from the primary pass holders.

  • Yes, provided the recipient is also a child.

  • Purchasing your own set of multi passes will automatically unlink your account from the primary pass holder.

  • No, we provide the service free of charge for our climbers!

Memberships

  • We currently have 3 different membership offerings:

    • Our Orange Pass membership allows unlimited multi-gym access to all 5 outlets while our White Pass membership allows unlimited access to your desired outlet.

    • For senior citizens (aged 60 years old and above), we also have the Silver Pass membership which allows unlimited multi-gym access to all 5 outlets at a discounted rate.

  • Our memberships come with a 15% Crank Factory shop discount and you can bring in a guest for free during your birthday month. There are also affiliate discounts from tenants in the malls where our numerous locations are located. You can find more information on our Memberships page.

    • Online: Head over to our Memberships page and click on the sign-up link for the membership that you wish to apply for. Once you have made payment online, head over to any of our outlets to collect your new membership tag over the counter!

    • At Outlets: Alternatively, you may head over to any of our outlets to sign up for the Orange/Silver Pass membership. For White Pass memberships, head over to your desired outlet!

  • Yes, you will be charged on the day of the sign up. (E.g. If you sign up for the membership on the 2nd of October, you will need to start on the 2nd of October as well.)

    • If you do start your membership in the middle of the month, you will have to pay a prorated amount in addition to the Initiation Fee of $109 (GST incl.).

    • Monthly charges will be done on the 1st of every month afterwards.

    • Yes, you can submit a Change Request Form to freeze your membership for up to 3 months maximum. Do submit the request before the 20th of the month in order for the changes to be processed by the 1st of the following month.

    • Freezes can only start on the 1st day of the next month.

    • You will still be charged the monthly Freeze Fee of $10.90 (GST incl.) during your freeze period.

    • Memberships will be automatically unfrozen on the “Indicated Freeze End Date” and monthly dues will be charged on the 1st day of the next month.

    • If you have sustained an injury, drop us an email at info@climbcentral.sg with your supporting medical documents and our team will process your medical freeze separately.

  • You can submit a Change Request Form to update your membership details.

    Do submit the request before the 20th of the month in order for the changes to be processed by the 1st of the following month.

  • Yes, you can change your membership type without additional charges! (Orange Pass to White Pass, or vice versa).

  • You can still check-in at the counters using your phone number.

    If you would like a replacement card, there is an admin fee of $5.45 (GST incl.) payable.

    You may exchange your old membership card for free over the counter if it’s damaged due to wear and tear.

  • Please submit a Change Request Form to terminate your membership.

    Do submit the request before the 20th of the month in order for the changes to be processed by the 1st of the following month.

  • Yes, if you would like to come back on board as an Orange/White/Silver Pass member, you will have to pay the Initiation Fee again.

Programmes & Courses

  • We offer several types of courses and programmes. Head over to our Programmes tab at the top our website for more information!

  • Visit our Programmes page to view available courses and classes tailored to various skill levels. You can register directly online for the courses and classes.

  • Depending on the programme that you sign up for, the booking page will indicate if you need to bring your own equipment.

  • Yes! Kindly drop us an email at bookings@climbcentral.sg and a representative will contact you.

  • Our developmental classes for children are currently suspended until further notice.

Verification

    • Verification is intended as an additional level of facility checks to ensure climber proficiency before usage of our Top Rope or Lead walls.

    • This additional level of checks for the facility helps better manage the risks arising from climber and belayer inexperience and/or complacency.

    • Scheduled verifications take place on selected Fridays on a rotational basis. You will need to make a booking on our Verifications page to secure a slot first.

    • Adhoc verification requests will be taken up at the discretion of the Duty Officers on shift.

  • Yes, you will still need to go through our verification test.

    • Top Rope verification allows you to use your own Assisted Braking Devices (ABDs) attached to your harness for our Top Rope walls.

    • Lead verification allows you to lead climb and belay on our Lead walls.

  • No, if you are already certified for SNCS Level 2 or have at least 3 years of lead climbing/belaying experience, you can go straight for the Lead verification.

  • Adhoc verification requests will be taken up at the discretion of the Duty Officers on shift.

  • If you fail the verification test, you will not be allowed to retake the test until at least 1 month from the date of failure, or earlier if you show proof of attending a course/training e.g. attending a Lead & Top Rope Practice session.

    • Verification tags from Ground Up Climbing are accepted due to shared standards. Otherwise, you’ll need to undergo our verification.

  • The verification test takes around 30 minutes depending on the proficiency level of the climber and belayer.

    • Lost Tag: Inform our Duty Officer and pay a $5.45 (GST incl.) fee for a replacement.

    • Forgotten Tag: Borrow a rental tag at no cost from our counter staff; please return it after your session.

Corporate Accounts

  • The minimum group size for corporate activities is 8 participants.
