Do also note that sections of the facility may be closed off for programme use. Advance booking has been made for these programmes and they are spread out across the day to minimise closure of any one area for extended periods of time. We generally experience high traffic on weekday evenings after 7pm, weekends, school holidays, public holidays and eves of public holiday.

If you are planning your visit during these times, do note that there may be a queue to enter the facility as we have a safety limit on the maximum number of people that can be in the facility at one time. Queue times may vary from 15 mins to more than 1 hour.



For Orange Pass, Monthly pass holders & same day re-entries, you do not need to queue for entrance. Rationale behind this is that priority entry for the day has already been paid for. You may still need to queue for equipment rental if you do not have your own.​ The total number of Orange Pass /Monthly pass holders is capped to minimise waiting times for everyone else.

For White Pass, Multi pass holders, you will be allowed to check-in using the Express Check-in counter if the bottleneck is only at the registration counter. If the facility is at maximum capacity, you will still need to queue  if you wish to enter. You may also need to queue for equipment rental if you do not have your own.

For pairs/groups, all members of the party will need to be here before entering the facility. If your friends come after you have already entered the facility, they will be requested to join the queue.
